At The London EDITION we have been working with Litsa for around one year now and she has transformed so many of us into passionate Yogi's! Her enthusiasm and belief in the practice of yoga has inspired us all and her engaging and varied classes have seen many of our employees become regulars at her sessions. Litsa mixes yoga with reiki healing at the end of every session (which is bliss) and means you are walking on clouds when you leave the class. Litsa is a wonderful, kind and dedicated yoga teacher, who taught me during a one week retreat in Ibiza. Her presence as a teacher on the retreat was joyous and foundational to the positive experience I had throughout my stay. With a wholehearted and passionate approach to teaching, she fostered a supportive and caring environment during and outside of classes, and ensured that each student’s confidence was developed on an individual basis. Her teaching gently encourages awareness of relationships between mind, body and spiritual energy, and it is notable that Litsa supports her holistic approach to yoga teaching with qualified knowledge of reiki. I love attending Litsa’s yoga classes and I always leave feeling calmed and rejuvenated. She has the skill of identifying where you are holding back in certain poses and creates a safe space for you to improve your practice, encouraging me to try a headstand which left me feeling pretty surprised and pleased with myself! I really like the way Litsa incorporates visualisation, music and poetry into her classes, making the experience about more than just the physical movement. With her classes Litsa provides the perfect environment to connect to your inner self, and take yourself away from the stresses of the outside world.

Litsa ran a series of corporate classes for us at Chameleon which were great. We did different things every time and she was able to tailor the sessions for a very mixed group. She bought an air of calm to the room and was able to effectively work with us in one hour. The feedback from our team was universally positive and she made a significant contribution to our health and wellbeing initiative. Litsa also came with us to a meeting for over 100 people and ran a series of ‘executive’ breathing exercises in between presentations. She immediately engaged the audience and created a unique atmosphere to support focus during the event.

I had a wonderful one on one class with Litsa over Skype. 

I've been told by many instructors that certain positions can bring up emotional responses which I had never experienced until my session with Litsa - I felt the connection between my mind and body more than in any class I've had before which amazed me considering we're on opposite sides of the world. The small tweaks she made to my positioning made a huge difference to my experience of some key poses and I will take this with me on my yoga journey.
