Vinyasa Yoga classes at Unity Yoga Brighton with Litsa. 

Starting Tuesday 19th September 5.45 till 6.45pm. These classes will run every Tuesday for 6 weeks not to be missed. Bookings and payment can be made online or register to book your place and pay on the day. 

Litsa's class is dynamic and open to all body types. The class include meditation with a strong focus on the mind, building strength and flexibility and leave you feeling energised and inspired.
